The location was fantastic, just a three-minute walk from Praia dos anjos and around 10-15 minutes from Praia Grande. Bars and restaurants were about 10 minutes away, and there was a great restaurant only five minutes from us. Staff were friendly and the service was good, and breakfast had a nice variety and was well served. Our room was downstairs by the entrance, though, and lights above the windows disturbed our sleep. They turned them off when we asked, but only on our last night. The rooms could also be better cared for, since even with room service they weren’t fully cleaned.

They charged me before the agreed date for my booking, then stopped replying to all my messages. I cancelled under the free cancellation terms, but two months later I’m still waiting for my refund.

They aren’t open around the clock. They do open early, around 6:30-7am, and stay open until 10 or 11pm.

The room for two wasn’t very big, but we were only going to sleep there, so it didn’t bother us. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the location was good. The staff were very kind. Wi-Fi was probably the only downside; otherwise, it met our expectations. I’d go back.

We had plenty of room for the three of us, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was really convenient, so we could do a lot on foot without needing a car. Everyone was attentive and helpful, and the breakfast was hard to beat, with lots of fresh, delicious options. This pousada gets a 10 from me. I’d definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.
