Terrible hotel. The bed and pillow were bad, and the shower was awful. It also got very noisy from 5:30 onward.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom, but the mattress was the worst part. It has nine years of use and feels like a canoe. I complained at reception, but there was no alternative. Breakfast was weak too, with few choices for the price.

We woke up during the night to loud conversations at reception. I only stayed one night, and it wasn't a great one. The hotel had no internet, so the TV didn't work when my son wanted to watch something. The room is very simple, and breakfast doesn't offer many options.

I only stayed one day, but really liked it. The room was spacious, had a balcony, and was very clean, with all the conveniences like air conditioning and a minibar. The location is excellent, near the entrance to Dutra, and buses serve nearby places in the neighborhood and surrounding area.

The service was great, the room and sheets were clean, and the location is very good. Breakfast is simple. There isn't a bedside table or an intercom, so your phone ends up on the floor or inside your shoe, if you prefer. In the bathroom there's nowhere to hang clothes and no shelf for a toothbrush, toothpaste, or anything else.
