We had another excellent stay. Everything was clean and organized, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Dênis was always ready to help. The house has everything you need for a restful break, and it’s right by the reservoir, which is stunning. I saw one of the most beautiful sunsets in the area there.

The reservoir is gorgeous, better than many beaches on the São Paulo coast, and it’s a great place to bring a dog. I brought mine, and he had one of the best times of his life, playing on the beach and hanging out with Rossi, the host’s friendly dog. We had everything we needed at Villa Querência. The house was clean and well equipped for cooking and barbecuing, and Dennis was friendly, helpful, and flexible about check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend staying here.

The reservoir is right in the backyard, with an incredible view, and the house is a great choice for a family trip. It’s cozy and exceptionally close to the water. The home is very well equipped with quality household items. Sr Denis was kind and made us feel at home. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return.

The outdoor bathtub made for an interesting experience, and the barbecue area has a beautiful view of the reservoir. The house is practical, with a kitchen stocked with the essentials. It’s a great place to relax for a weekend as a couple or with family. The owner is very friendly, happy to help, and shared several tips on where to go and eat in town. I’d definitely stay again.
