The food was excellent, made with fresh ingredients from the farm, and the stay gave me a lovely mix of adventure and downtime. It's a working ranch, so there are activities tied to everyday ranch life. I got to ride horses in gaucho style during a cattle roundup. The pousada also has the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere you'd hope for in such a rustic setting. A real gem and one of the highlights of my trip to Rio Grande do Sul. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

It's family run, with all the good things that come with the Gaucho Pampas.

It was a great experience. I'd recommend taking the horseback ride along with the rural work.

The homemade food was a highlight, from breakfast pastries to all kinds of breads and puddings. The scenery, rooms, and nature were wonderful too. Ricardo and his wife were especially kind and helpful. An incredible experience!!
