It’s central and close to everything, but it gets very noisy at night, especially on weekends. The whole place is quite basic. My room had a simple bed and clean bedding, but the old wardrobe was a bit broken. The shower wasn’t very good, and the bathroom was basic and quite damp. In the living room there was a plain table and a small TV. The kitchen was bare-bones too: the glasses, cutlery, and plates weren’t very clean, the fridge made a horrible noise, and some cupboards were a bit broken and not very clean. There was also some equipment right in front of the entrance door that made a lot of noise.

The place was super clean, airy, and cozy, and I loved my stay. André and his wife were so friendly, attentive, and polite. I’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. If I could give a thousand stars, I would! Congratulations, and wishing you lots of success. Hope our paths cross again soon 😍.

The location is excellent, but comfort is where the place falls short. The beds and mattresses are really poor quality. Since the monthly price isn’t among the cheapest, I’d suggest investing in box beds.

It was as good an experience as I could have hoped for. The place is clean, peaceful, comfortable, and well located, and the owners are very attentive. I’d definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in this city. Thank you so much.
