I felt safe and at ease here, and the hotel’s on a main road in Balneário Camboriú, close to everything. I was there for Oktoberfest 2017 and really liked the comfortable room, friendly staff, and breakfast with plenty of choices.

The beach is nearby, breakfast had a good range of options, and the people working there were nice. We stayed three nights with family. But it didn’t feel like a four-star hotel to me, maybe three at most, or even 2.5. The bathroom and rooms are outdated, and there’s no information in the room about internet or how to contact reception. The staff didn’t speak English, which is a big drawback in a tourist area. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and my kid’s neck hurt after the first night. There wasn’t a coffee maker or anything like that in the room either. I’m not sure if that’s typical in Brazil, but we’ve stayed in four-star places before and could compare. Management should think about these things and update the facilities to meet that level.

Just a block from the beach, the hotel’s in a lovely spot. The staff were great, the facilities were good, and the price was good too. Breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast buffet was nice and the employees were helpful. With one elevator broken and people constantly coming and going, the stairs were a lifesaver.
