The rooms were spotless and well equipped, and the modern facilities and warm atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. I was impressed by the value: it cost half as much as Mercury, where I'd stayed a couple of years ago, yet the comfort and amenities were just as good or better. The front desk staff could have been more welcoming, but that small issue didn't spoil an otherwise outstanding visit. I'll definitely stay here again.

The location and breakfast were very good, and the staff were lovely. The Wi-Fi was completely useless, though, and there was no way to make tea or coffee in the room.

The hotel sits right across from the sea, and some rooms have a beautiful view. The rooms and service were fine. There’s breakfast and room service, plus a grab-and-go option that I found pretty interesting.

They were rude and threatened us with a $500 penalty for the whole trip over noise that wasn't even our fault. We explained that it was coming from a nearby room, but they wouldn't listen.

The city is marvelous, and the views are the best. The staff are well trained and wonderful, though the place seems dated because of the city's high real estate speculation.
