When we arrived, the receptionist disappeared for a break and came back later without a smile or even acknowledging us. He was quite rude. Reception staff ought to be professional, welcoming, and know how to treat guests. This guy clearly missed that lesson. Maybe hospitality school is in order, or at least a handbook on being nice. As Trump would say, “Make Hospitality Great Again!”

I stay here whenever work brings me to town. It’s basic and practical, and the price is cheap. There’s no luxury, but you get what you pay for.

There was mold in room 22, and I’m still waiting for a refund for the extra night I paid for. I checked in on 19/09 after 7 p.m. and checked out on 22/09/2025 at 7:30 a.m. The need to return that amount was noted when I left. I messaged them privately on WhatsApp, but nobody has replied.

The staff were great, the price was good for what you get, and the location was really convenient.
