The rooms are small, the bathroom could clearly be cleaned better, and the hotel is far from the beach and the places to go inCamboriu. The staff were horrible, rude, disrespectful, and seemed to have no sense of client accomodation. I had a meeting during checkout and asked to stay one extra hour, from 11 to 12pm, but they wouldn't let me remain in my room.

It's super noisy. The walls are so thin that at 7am you can hear people screaming in the corridor as if they were in your room. They charge for everything, even parking, and don't provide a single bottle of water for free. For the price, it isn't worth it.

Great place for the price, with a very good breakfast and excellent customer service. The only letdown was the hot tub, which was warm rather than hot.
