The natural setting is a real highlight, with a lovely park and river nearby. I also liked the pool area, even though it's small, and enjoyed being outside on sunny days. The lobby design didn't make me want to sit indoors with my computer. Beds were comfortable, and the small rooms were nicely designed, but the standard room felt claustrophobic and had no view. The internet in the room wasn't good enough for work. Staff came across as distant and unwelcoming, despite there being only a few guests. The kitchen and breakfast space are small as well, and the buffet is limited and personalized, unlike what I'd expect in Brazil. The setting and beds were nice, but the lack of warmth from staff and the cramped room were disappointing.
