The price felt fair, and there are good restaurants nearby. The beach is about a seven-minute walk away. The owner is kind and attentive, and while the rooms are simple, they were clean, with comfortable beds and air conditioning.

We were a group of 16, and Dona Arlete came through whenever I needed something. She welcomed us warmly, and we had a great stay. I hope she'll have us back, because we'll definitely return. Thanks for everything!

The rooms were cozy and very clean, and Dona Arlete is such a lovely, friendly person. We’ll come back again. Thanks for everything, Dona Arlete.

The apartment was really uncomfortable, with a badly done bathroom and awful beds that made it impossible to sleep properly. Parking wasn't good either. After a full day out exploring the city, I came back exhausted and still couldn't get a decent rest.

I love staying there. The rooms are spotless, and Dona Arlete is so sweet and beloved.
