The shared spaces are clean and well organized, and the staff are helpful and attentive. The pool is always clean, though it’s in the shade in the afternoon, which leaves the water cold. The gym could be better. My main issue was how isolated the surroundings felt. There’s no bakery or pharmacy close by. A tiny grocery store with limited choices is a little over a five-minute walk away, and that was inconvenient for me. Our apartment had everything for cooking, but there wasn’t a nearby bakery for a quick snack, and the store was a bit of a walk. There is a good pizza place nearby, though it only opens at night. The condominium is right by the beach, but this stretch has no facilities, bars, restaurants, or shops. It takes about 25 minutes walking along the shore to reach the busier area, with more bars, restaurants, and little shops. The beach in front also lacks the natural reef barrier that’s characteristic of the area, so the sea there is rough and has waves. Walk about 10 minutes along the coast to reach the reef-protected part, where there’s a beach kiosk with some facilities. There are a few people scattered along the beach near the condominium.

Davi took great care of us, very efficiently and helpfully. The apartment itself is excellent, in a great location. It has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, a suite, two parking spaces, and everything you’d expect in a home. It’s quite close to Praia do Francês and Gunga, but you’ll need a car to get there. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and we’ll be back in the summer.

The owner was so attentive and helpful, and the staff were excellent. The apartments are cozy and came with everything for the bed, table, and bath, plus appliances, electronics, and portable items. It was all new, clean, and organized. There are great shared areas too: a playground, sports field, adult and children’s pools, gym, and sauna. Great for kids. Everything was perfect, highly recommend!
