Barravilha Chales

The chalets were spotless and really comfortable, with cookware and utensils provided. The owner, Mr. Christian, was welcoming and kind. It’s close to both the river and the beach, and the stay is just under 200 meters uphill on the left. Don’t follow Waze, it may send you down the street. The natural pools are about 2 km away, an easy walk or drive. The setting is lovely, surrounded by nature, with no traffic noise and so much quiet. I loved it there.

The setting is relaxing, and there’s a little market nearby. For the price, I’m glad we went, and I’d return to Barravilha. The chalet was clean and organized, with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, a nice pool, and access to a barbecue area. It’s close to nature and pets are allowed. The sheets weren’t great and smelled a bit, and the old TV had a lot of static.

The chalets come in different sizes, from one couple to two couples or more, and each has a split air conditioner and a kitchen with a fridge, stove, coffee maker, and utensils. Since there’s no food or breakfast included, you’ll need to sort out meals yourself. Prices are fair, and Crystian and Andréa give exceptional service. With guests coming and going so often, it’s best to book ahead.

The place was clean and well organized, with large chalets, good beds, a clean pool, hammocks, and sofas. The TV reception wasn’t great, and there were lots of mosquitoes in my room, so the night wasn’t the most comfortable. Still, that didn’t spoil how pleasant the place was. I recommend it.
