Hotel Morada Nobre

I paid R$ 180 for one night as a solo guest and found the stay really disappointing. The room had no TV, and the air conditioner was extremely loud and seemed poorly maintained, making it very hard to sleep. The facilities are old and not well cared for, and the hotel was very dirty. Even the basics felt lacking: there was no proper table for meals, just a plastic one, which made things less comfortable. For that price, I expected much more. I don't recommend it and don't plan to return.

I booked through Booking, but the photos in the listing didn't match the room and bathroom I found. The walls were dirty, one was peeling, and the cleaning wasn't good. The windows were dusty, and the shower enclosure badly needed mold remover. At first I felt sorry for the owner and thought maybe people just weren't saying anything, but after seeing so many negative comments, I think they simply ignore the issues. At R$ 320, it's far too expensive for what's offered.

The rooms are tiny and have no real facilities to justify R$ 240 a night. There were cockroaches in the bathroom sink, peeling walls, and a very poor breakfast. The breakfast area was extremely hot. They have an industrial cooler there, but don't turn it on. From 5:00 a.m. there was a lot of noise in the corridors. The reception staff, including the owner, didn't welcome us well and looked annoyed, as if we were staying for free instead of paying. The owner's attitude was the worst part. I felt embarrassed being treated like a favor was being done for me. I hope I don't have to stay there again. Good service is what brings customers back, even at a simple hotel. And the price given over the phone was different from the one charged in person.

The room I stayed in was in terrible, unsanitary condition, with leaks across almost the whole room. While I was sleeping, something pinched me when I turned over. When I woke up, it was a disgusting cockroach 😞 I've never stayed somewhere so bad. The staff had no manners at all, every one of them. I also saw a rat in the bathroom drain while I was in there, and I avoided going back in for quite a while because of that filthy thing. Seriously, this hotel should be shut down! I, Giorno Giovanna, had to use my stand to kill those disgusting pests..! Giorno・Giovanna will never set foot in Brazil again.。I like Italy more、because it's my hometown
