I booked my stay, tours and transfers through them. The staff were really nice and helpful, but the shared room and bathrooms could have been cleaner, and my room smelled damp. On the last shared transfer, they charged me 150R more than the other person riding with me. I later learned that person had paid the standard price, so I was overcharged for no reason. I asked why and was left on read.

Unacceptable. The host and other guests made a fuss all day, and at night, when they were drunk, they shouted and played music without respecting people who were trying to sleep. The rooms smelled bad, the sheets hadn't been washed, and the bathroom was disgusting to walk into. I honestly don't understand why the ratings are so good. Maybe they have their own reasons.

The price is fair, and there's a shop next door. Rooms are clean, the water gets very hot, and there are several showers. There's also a ping pong table, laundry service, and an okay breakfast.

The owner is very kind and always thinks about the guests and looks after them. The staff are nice too, and they clean quite often. Breakfast is pretty nice.

Owner carlos is very helpful and speaks good English. He makes the stay unforgettable. Best accommodation in Brazil, and I highly recommend this place.
