Lençóis Ville Residence - CHALE 22

The Rio Preguiça is such a lovely river, with nice water for swimming, and the condo has a charming setting right along its banks. It’s well organized, with a pool, barbecue area, playground, and a pier for speedboats and jetskis. My husband even caught a fish. I’d definitely recommend it.

I stayed there in 2025, and the house was perfect, everything in great shape. The pool, though, was dirty the whole three days I was there, and nobody cleaned it. I’d come back because the place is great, and hope they’ve cleaned the pool by then. The river is available, but sometimes a pool is preferable, especially at night.

A great place for holidays and long weekends.

We were seven people staying for two nights, and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a lovely, comfortable stay in a beautiful, secure condo, with a pier where the property meets the Rio Preguiça. The host was very responsive whenever we needed something. I recommend it to everyone.
