The house has a really pleasant space, but it urgently needs maintenance. The taps drip, there are termites, and two bedrooms smell musty. The bathroom smells bad, there’s water damage, and one room needs its mattresses and pillows thrown out because they’re so poor. The outside area and lawn need attention too, and it needs painting. Still, the space is very nice.

A wonderful place with comfortable accommodation. The house is cozy, and three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom.

The house is well cared for and has all the household items you need. It’s in an excellent location and easy to get to.
