We only needed to stay one night with my family, and we weren't even allowed to make coffee in the kitchen. We'd bought coffee grounds, but were told guests couldn't use the stove. There was no breakfast available either. Maybe guests staying longer get treated better. Unfortunately, I came away with a poor impression of the place.

The place was clean, but there was no breakfast. For the price, I expected at least French bread and black coffee. I confirmed the quoted price twice by message and was told it was correct. After I sent my relatives over, they were given a different price. If I had gone alone, I would have paid the amount I was quoted. The conversations confirming it are there, and by law the customer is always right. They also only told us when we arrived that they didn't take credit cards. That's misleading advertising, and I'm going to complain to Procon and Reclame Aqui. I don't recommend this place. Afterward I went to hotel Portela, which was cheaper for the same number of people and had a nice breakfast. If anyone asks me about what happened, I'll tell them everything.
