Hotel Real Garden

It's basic, but good.

Pretty classy.

I was disappointed with the value for money, given the old room and its need for better upkeep and modernization. I booked for four people, but there was only one set of towels in the room, so we had to ask for the rest separately. At 9:00 a.m. during breakfast, there was already no French bread left. When I asked, the attendant said there wouldn't be any more, which seems inadequate during regular breakfast hours. The lack of basic room items, limited breakfast, and price all made the stay fall short of what I expected. I hope management looks into these issues to improve things for future guests.

I had a very poor experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel. I booked based on the photos on Booking, which show around 130 attractive rooms, but what I found was completely different. The sink was old and barely had room for a toothbrush, while the photos show counters with basins. The toilet was old too, unlike the modern white ones pictured, and the plastic shower enclosure and floor looked dirty, unlike the clean glass enclosures in the photos. The air conditioner was old, very noisy, and didn't cool well, while the photos show modern split units. When I complained, the accommodation said the rooms in the photos were all occupied. But there are no photos anywhere of the older rooms. They only post the attractive ones to get you to book, then give you the bad room.
