The hotel faces the cliffs, and the view is beautiful. We came hoping to relax and enjoy nature, but another guest was playing loud music through a huge speaker and smoking a vape. There's a sign at the entrance saying music isn't allowed on the property, but management didn't step in, so we just went back to our room. Service was very good, prices were excellent, and breakfast was complete and tasty. The room was as comfortable as it could be: it had a TV and minibar, the bathroom was good, but the double bed was two singles pushed together. The air conditioning wasn't cooling properly, and guests in the room above could be heard walking around. It was a little scary when we were trying to sleep. There was also a notice in the bathroom saying that because of a water shortage, sheets and towels were changed only every three days. We weren't sure what to make of that. The hotel has no parking. On the day we visited, there were no staff, so the swim-up bar wasn't operating, which was a letdown for us.
