The attendant was extremely rude and unwelcoming when we arrived. The advertising is misleading, since the rooms in the photos all look new, unlike the actual rooms. There was mold on the bedroom ceiling and in the bathroom. The bedroom floor was acceptably clean, but the bathroom and outside balcony were very dirty. We stayed for three days and got no room service at all. The sheets were clean, but the pillowcase smelled bad, as did the thicker blanket. Breakfast was disappointing, with food that seemed to be left over from the day before. The dining area wasn't clean, and replacing items took far too long. The attached photos show what the place is really like, very different from what's advertised.

The room was in bad shape, with stained walls and just one outlet, its wiring exposed and close to the floor. The bathroom was awful: the shower stall was tiny, and the toilet was positioned across it so you had to sit sideways, haha. There were lots of unpleasant stains too. Breakfast was terrible, with burnt pão de queijo, powdered juice, lukewarm coffee, no tablecloths, and glasses that smelled of eggs. There was also a shared bathroom in the hallway that smelled bad and hadn't been cleaned, with toilet paper spilling over the bin.

I hated the room. It was stuffy, and the fan was broken. One of the women working there kept staring at my husband. Breakfast was never replenished. I won't come back.
