Breakfast and dinner were both good, but the pool was tiny and shallow, so I never used it. The elevator only holds three to four people at most, and I had to wait for it for a while. Outside, there’s a busy street and loud noise from the bars. Housekeepers also talked very loudly for long stretches right outside my door. You need your room key to keep the lights on, and there’s no microwave in the room.

Breakfast was amazing, and Mr. Gomes was really nice in the breakfast area. The rest of the service was frustrating. We checked in at 9:00 pm and found the room hadn’t been cleaned. The smart TV wasn’t connected to the internet; we asked for help, but they took a long time and never came. The internet was terrible, especially on floor 12. We called the front desk three times and got no response. When we went down, the staff weren’t doing anything.

The rooftop view was great, and the gym was well equipped, though the pool wasn’t usable. The rooms were modern and clean, and the breakfast was great. The bathroom looked nice but had lots of flies. Getting into the hotel by car wasn’t easy since it’s on an avenue and there isn’t much space for cars. The staff were friendly. I had a good experience overall.

The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant crew were great. Valet parking was very efficient. The front desk, though, wasn’t very friendly. The woman handling my checkout today didn’t greet me with a smile. They replaced the towels but never cleaned the room.
