I came away disappointed with the room: it was small, the bed was okay, and there were a lot of spiders on the bathroom walls. The wifi was awful, with a weak signal that kept disconnecting for no reason. Each time, I had to log in again, around 20 times during my stay. There's a restaurant and free breakfast, but it was very basic. The price is reasonable, and I'd only recommend it if you want to stay near Pampulha. The hotel is on a quiet street at the edge of Pampulha lake. Aeroporto da Pampulha is the closest airport, and it's a regional one; Confins, the main airport, is about 35 minutes away by car. Downtown Belo Horizonte is about 30 minutes away. Not a good experience this time.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the people were nice. Service and food were good too. It's a little far from downtown, but the view of Pampulha's Lake is beautiful.

The location worked perfectly for me, close to nature. The room was quiet and dark, and the hotel is very good. The one thing I really can't recommend is the breakfast.

The lake view is beautiful, with the hotel right in front of Pampulha lake. The staff were nice and the customer service was very good. Breakfast was good too, and the price was good.

I found it very comfortable and good value for the price. The service was great, and so was breakfast.
