Flat California

Great!

I went there once to check whether a rental was available and got a terrible reception. Even if it were free, I wouldn’t go back.

The reception staff were especially kind, always checking that we were comfortable. We stayed with our two-and-a-half-year-old, and the location and kitchen made it a great fit. The room was huge, with a well-arranged sleeping area and a separate TV and sofa space, plus a very good kitchen. The appliances aren't the newest, but everything worked perfectly. It's good value, though it isn't a luxury flat.

The staff were courteous, and the Sion location is handy, with a supermarket right next door. Our room was spacious but sparsely furnished, and the bed felt more like a twin than a double. The kitchen had plenty of space but almost no utensils: chipped plates, an old large mug, and no dish soap, sponge, or hand towel. There was no dining table either. The small bathroom had a good shower and stall, though the towels were thin and the soap and shampoo basic. The TV wasn't smart and had only a few NET channels. On the third floor, we looked out onto the unattractive back of a snack bar, where noisy equipment ran. Worst of all, the apartment doors rattled in the wind.
