The biggest hassle was the parking. It’s run by a third party, quite narrow, and the same entrance is used for cars coming and going, so backing out can be tricky if someone else is driving in. Other than that, I had a good stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the rooms were clean enough, comfortable, and functional, though nothing special.
10/10
The rooms were spacious and really comfortable for our two night stay. After a long, exhausting trip, I was craving something comforting to eat. Since I don’t speak Portuguese, Gabriel Batista and Gabriel Campos patiently helped me place a delivery order. They kept trying until they got it sorted, always with a smile, and their kindness and professionalism meant a lot. Maihra and Duede were also very warm and welcoming, and speak excellent French. Thanks so much to all of you!

Housekeeping kept my room spotless and comfortable, and the restaurant attendants made meals feel welcoming. The whole place had a relaxed atmosphere that worked well for both work and downtime. From the moment I arrived at Hilton Garden Inn, Belo Horizonte, the staff made me feel at home. Daniel and the guest service team were especially thoughtful and kind. I had a memorable stay and would gladly return. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Belo Horizonte. Keep it up, Hilton Garden Inn!

Good value for the price and service. Give the hotel restaurant a try.

The bed was too small. I booked the same room size as my brother in law, but was charged 50% more and I don’t know why. Keep an eye on that if you’re booking more than one room.
