The location made my stay mostly satisfactory. It was no more than 10 minutes to most of the places I’d planned to visit. The staff were all friendly and receptive, especially housekeeping and the waiting staff, and breakfast was surprisingly good. As someone who works in hospitality, I’d like to see a few things improved. The room lights only went on or off, and dimming them would be better. There was no direct way to reach the front desk from the room, so I had to use my mobile or go downstairs. The shower door didn’t shut fully and let water onto the floor. Both side tables were wobbly, so I didn’t feel safe setting down a glass or water bottle, and the toilet seat was unsteady too, making it unpleasant and potentially unsafe to use. Some breakfast labels were handwritten and hard to understand, and a few didn’t include key details. Guests need to know which foods suit common dietary restrictions like gluten free or lactose free diets, along with a summary of the ingredients. The WiFi signal was also unreliable and unstable, so I had to use my personal mobile data as a hotspot.

The room was filthy and noisy, and the fridge leaked water. The whole experience was BAD!!! Check-in took 20minutes, and I had to pay upfront. The amount they charged was 20% higher than my booking. After a very hot and shameful discussion, the clerk agreed to charge the booked amount but added 5% for taxes. After another discussion, they agreed to charge what I’d booked. The parking doesn’t provide a fiscal note, so my company couldn’t reimburse me.

It’s a very basic place, just for a shower and some sleep, so keep that in mind. Employees are always on duty to keep you satisfied.

The hotel was fully booked while we were there, and breakfast got crowded. There was no free area to receive guests, and one day I had to queue for 15 minutes to be served. How many of them look precarious and old.
