I'm still owed a $775.00 credit, and they refuse to refund it. At first I accepted having it left as credit, but every time I try to use it, they change the rules, and I have to beg for a reply from customer service. It's a complete lack of care. I complained to Felipe, who is supposed to be the person in charge, and he blocked me on WhatsApp. So now I've lost my $775.00. Enjoy my money, everyone! Don't fall into this trap. The service is great when they're selling, but the after-sales support is disappointing.

The team helped us with every request. The apartment we stayed in was in Grajaú, quite spacious, well laid out, bright, and well ventilated. The one drawback was its position halfway up a very steep hill, and the narrow garage made it hard to maneuver larger cars. The atmosphere inside felt very cold and empty, without much sense of welcome.
