The bed was comfortable, but breakfast was basically bread with butter. The bathroom was tiny and had no ventilation. I stayed four days, and they never made the bed or provided bath items. There were mosquitoes in the room, and cigarette smoke from people in the hallway came inside.

I've never had a worse stay. Insects were all over the room, including mosquitoes and spiders, and we had to go out and buy insect spray because the hotel had none. The shower was practically over the toilet; the bathroom was moldy, with peeling tiles. The pillows with the "OYO" logo smelled like head sweat and seemed never to have been washed. Breakfast was awful too. The coffee was watery and reheated, and the store-bought cake still had its labels on. The same employee handled reception, cleaned rooms, and heated the sauce in an uncovered pan, all without a mask, wearing a tank top and flip-flops. The minibar was empty and the cups were dirty. These complaints aren't about the place being simple, but about how poorly kept and unhygienic the room and breakfast were, including the mold, odors, insects, and deplorable condition overall.
The women at reception were polite and dedicated, and they're what saves the place. Otherwise, the breakfast was poor and the bathrooms flooded. I found an empty juice package in the trash that had expired eight months earlier, then saw three more expired boxes in a kitchen cupboard. That juice was being prepared for guests. The hotel owner, Senhora Vânia, presents herself only as the manager, and I found her extremely arrogant. I also saw her mistreat employees and guests.
After driving 14 hours, I found that the double room I'd booked wasn't actually reserved as agreed. The photos are misleading, the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was the strangest I've ever seen. Breakfast was horrible, practically nonexistent, so they should stop advertising it as included. This is a terrible place and doesn't deserve even one star. I want to stay far away and can't call it a hotel.
I can't give this hotel a good rating based on the room I got. I understand it was full, but why wasn't I told room 14 was an improvised room? It was awful, barely suitable for sleeping, and even then, not comfortably. The hotel might be fine for someone who gets a decent room.
