Don't book this hostel. You don't get a key to let yourself in, so you can end up waiting 15 minutes to get inside and another 15 minutes to leave.

I've stayed here for quite a while, and saw a lot of people leave because of the service and other issues, sometimes before using all the days they'd booked. I can't believe the owner chose Cleide as receptionist. She's rude, rough, and clueless, and is literally driving customers away. The mattresses are thin, so it feels like you're sleeping on the slats. Breakfast is served very late, and the cleaning is poor. Under the bed, it looks like nobody has ever swept or mopped. Reinaldo at reception is the only nice and helpful person there!
