There was no stay in the end. When we arrived, nobody was there to receive us, so another guest kindly welcomed us and contacted the person in charge because he wasn't answering us. He then said the suite we'd reserved and paid for wasn't available, but we could use a room with a shared bathroom. That was inconceivable, so we immediately found somewhere else and asked for a refund. Fortunately we managed to sort that out, but the inconvenience can't be undone. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired.

We waited on the sidewalk for nearly half an hour before anyone helped us, and only got assistance after calling. The permanent resident who handled service smoked, and there was no staff member to answer the intercom. The place smelled of stale air, so anyone with allergies should have their medicine ready. Accessibility is nonexistent too. The price is tempting, but it’s the kind of cheap that ends up costing a lot.

The shower had no electricity, so the only option was a cold bath, and there was nobody around to report it to. That was absurd. I also had to stand outside ringing the bell for nearly 15 minutes before another guest let me in. There was no one responsible on arrival or when I left, so I put the key in the mailbox at checkout. The service was awful, the room was filthy, and the TV picture was almost impossible to see through the dirt on the screen. There’s nowhere to pull up outside to load or unload bags, and with no parking, I had to leave the car on a steep side street. The worst place I’ve ever stayed. Avoid it!

I had to travel at short notice for an appointment and didn’t research the place properly. For the price, I managed to sleep and shower reasonably well, but I stayed two days and breakfast was served only on the first. There was no receptionist at checkout. The shower wiring was completely exposed and smelled like it was burning. I wouldn’t recommend it.
