10/10
It was quiet and clean, with great views and a reasonably central location. The staff were helpful with everything, even giving us an electric converter to keep when ours didn’t work in Brazil. I can’t fault the place, except that the toaster was having some problems while we were there.

They were extremely helpful and calm when sorting out problems. The staff are so friendly, they even knew my name after just the first day. A great experience.

8/10
The beds were comfortable, and the room had air conditioning and a good TV, though it was on the small side. There are plenty of places nearby for dinner or a drink at night. Breakfast could use some improvement.

I’ve stayed in some bad hotels, but this was among the worst. It needs a full renovation. I wouldn’t recommend it.

This is my second stay here without hot water. The front desk doesn’t seem to think it’s a serious issue, and no fix ever came. If cold showers are a problem for you, I can’t recommend this place.
