The rooms are nice, though the air conditioning is noisy. The pool is 90cm deep.

The WiFi didn’t work, so we spent the whole stay without internet and had to rely on mobile data. There was also a leak in my room, but they neither offered to move me nor fixed it. The staff were very rude and unprepared. Breakfast wasn’t really worth calling breakfast, and the quality didn’t match what they charge. They also said the pool was no longer available, even though it was still listed on the site and that wasn’t mentioned when we booked. Honestly, such a letdown. They talk about quality and comfort but don’t provide the basics.
