Volpi Residence Service

The reception gets zero from me. After I called ahead to say my name, apartment number, and that an important package was on its way, they still treated it casually and refused to accept it. The delivery app then showed the recipient as unknown at the address. If they couldn’t take it, they should have told me instead of putting me through that hassle. I only wanted them to receive it so I could pick it up shortly afterward. My short stay at Volpi Residence was awful. The apartment was dirty, and the bedspreads, sheets, and towels had been used. I had to complain several times. The cleaning was superficial and depressing. I’d had to change apartments because of an unexpected issue, and a few days later I called the reception to explain that the package would be arriving.
