The condo is small and quieter than the main area. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. I tried both breakfast and dinner at the hotel across the way, and the food was poor. Better to drive to the shopping center.

The pool is great, and breakfast is good too. The place is well cared for. I’d only change one thing: offer beach service on weekdays in the off season when booked.

I’ve known and visited this place for a long time. It’s a good place to stay in riviera de São Lourenço, and the restaurant, which is run by an outside operator, is okay. The beach is a little way off, but an easy walk. On my latest stay, though, the cleaning in the shared areas wasn’t as good as it used to be. The poolside tables and chairs were dirty, and some were in poor condition.

It’s very quiet and feels safe, with a great pool area. Depending on the season, beach service is available. The walk to the beach takes around 10-15 minutes.

The place is clean, organized, and has good facilities. Apartments are cleaned daily, and towels and sheets are changed. It’s not very close to the beach, but there’s a free shuttle every 30 minutes.
