Apartamento Bertioga Torres

We’re enjoying our stay here again, this is our second visit with the family. The staff are polite and helpful, and it’s a pleasant, quiet place to relax or get out and explore. The beach is nearby.

We had a rough stay and I don’t plan to come back. The apartment upstairs dragged furniture around until 2 a.m., and the full-time residents seem to do whatever they can to push tourists out. Tourists face strict rules, but the building allows yelling and loud commotion at a children’s party. The building manager is difficult, and even having a towel visible on the balcony isn’t allowed. The garage’s facial recognition didn’t work, which added to the hassle. Parking is uncovered, and when it rains there’s no shelter, so expect a long, wet walk. The beach is 400 meters away, so it isn’t close either. I didn’t feel tourists were treated well.

There’s plenty nearby, with a pharmacy and shops close to this apartment complex in central Bertioga, on one of the main avenues. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The complex itself has a cold pool and a heated pool, a sports court, a cinema room, a small market in the basement, and a playroom for kids.

We rented an apartment for New Year’s, and it was the worst New Year’s Eve I’ve ever had. The building was practically without water all day, so we couldn’t wash dishes, flush the toilet, or shower. When I asked the front desk, they said the building manager wasn’t there, and no water tanker had been arranged.
