A clean place, and they let me check out late for free. The only surprise was being charged for the bottle of water in the fridge, which I’d thought was complimentary. Otherwise, it wasn’t a bad place to stay.

The staff were always ready to help with any request, and the cleaning was really excellent. It’s very comfortable and central, with a shopping center and everything else just a stone’s throw away. The rooms are spacious, the pool is roomy, and breakfast is very good. I recommend it!

The decor in our room was totally bland, and aside from the reception area, the hotel made me feel more like I was staying in a hospital than a hotel.

The room was very good, tidy, and clean. Breakfast wasn’t so good, though. It needs more choices and better flavor. The breads and cakes seemed like they were days old.

When it’s on sale, himmelblau hotel is a great option right in the heart of Blumenau, even if the regular price is a bit high. I really liked the German touch at breakfast, and the pool was nice for cooling off on hot days.
