My two-year-old only eats eggs for breakfast, but he won’t eat scrambled eggs. I asked the kitchen staff to fry two eggs for him, and they refused, saying that if they made them for him, they would have to do the same for the other guests. I pleaded, but the woman didn’t change her expression, and my son ended up with no breakfast. The kitchen team was not helpful at all. I can’t recommend a hotel that showed so little empathy toward its guests, especially a child.

I never managed to get through by phone, and a WhatsApp reply took over four hours. It then took 12 hours to finalize the booking there. I also left an item behind that they couldn’t find. My latest WhatsApp message about it has gone unanswered for seven hours so far. Unfortunately, the experience was poor from the moment I tried to reserve.

I stayed for 36 days and recommend it. The hotel was very good and peaceful, with quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and 10 out of 10 service.
