This is without a doubt the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I spent three nights there only because I had no other option. They didn’t even know I was arriving and had to get the room ready on the spot. The next morning, breakfast was supposed to run from 7 to 10, but they cleared it away 20 minutes early. When we asked about it, they said, “I thought you didn’t want any, but there’s a bakery across the street.” The next day, after we again pointed out that they were taking breakfast away too early, they asked if we were joking. They then asked whether we wanted anything. I also asked if the “coffee” even had coffee in it. The milk was watered down and the bread was hard. The service was awful, and the owners clearly don’t know how to host people. The shower cut out while I was bathing one day, and the floor cloth was thicker than the bath towel. As if all that weren’t enough, I witnessed a family fight during one of the nights. There were no real windows, just glass bricks. Honestly, this place isn’t even fit for Oktoberfest. I’d rather stay in a car, on the street, or anywhere else. In one sentence: THIS ISN’T AN INN, MUCH LESS A HOSTEL, IT’S A DUMP.

A low price doesn’t mean I should be treated rudely. I wasn’t asking for anything, I was paying for my stay. The TV looked like it was from the Stone Age and didn’t even work. There was hair around the toilet bowl, no soap by the sink, and the toilet paper roll was nearly empty.
