10/10
The only drawback for me was that there’s no bar in the hotel, which is why I’d give the service three stars. There are plenty of places nearby, though. The modern hotel has a perfect downtown location, and my room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was great. Still five stars overall.

10/10
The location is great for exploring Blumenau centro, with Rua XV de Novembro and its many restaurants and bars just one block away. The hotel was clean, with very large, comfortable rooms, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent every day.

The room was very good, nicely decorated, and everything looked new. Service was great and breakfast had lots of variety. I still haven’t received my invoice (Nota Fiscal), though, and the delay is a headache because I can’t finish my travel report without it. Since I travel for work regularly, I’m starting to prefer hotels that send the invoice promptly. For this reason alone, I’ll have to reconsider staying here next time.

A noisy, annoying bathroom fan and internet that was down for 90% of my stay kept the experience from being perfect. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good, so overall I had a good stay.

4/10
The bed was really uncomfortable, since it was two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double. Breakfast was below par too. I have severe allergies and asked when booking that they avoid things like room air fresheners, but the hotel ignored the requests. The room was heavily scented, which was hell for my allergies.
