The service stood out, especially Clarisse, who was always available to help us. There's parking in front of the small building or in a covered space on the lot next door. The street is quiet and the location is good. Our room was spacious and had everything working, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a stove.

The price felt fair for what the place offers, and the room was clean with all the basics for a short stay in town. Villa Bilac is easy to reach in Blumenau, and check-in was quick. Arrive early if you'd like an easier time finding a parking spot. We had a good stay and would recommend it.

The place was okay, but the beds they gave us were really uncomfortable. The mattress on the floor was so hard it was almost like sleeping on a board.

The apartment was spotless, lovely, and comfortable. We had such a wonderful stay that we wished we could have stayed longer.
