The breakfast was a dream: fresh, hot food, plus juices and fruit, easily ten stars. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and clean, with a jacuzzi, and the beds were comfortable. The studio rooms have a small kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. Outside, there’s a pool, a lovely area, warm water, and a delicious mango tree. From arrival, the hotel felt immaculate and the service was excellent. There was a small language issue, but the staff sorted it out. They were very friendly, helped us order food from outside, and gave us information about restaurants, shopping centers, and tourist attractions. They took great care of us and treated us like family. I truly recommend it, 1000%. I loved the place, and if I return to Brazil, I’ll definitely stay here again. Huge thanks to all the staff.

Breakfast is made to order from choices you submit ahead of time, and you can pick the time. When I arrived at the dining room, the food I’d requested was ready, which made the experience delicious and personal. The one drawback is that breakfast starts at 7:30, a little late for people working to Brasília time. I asked them to move it up to 7:00, and they accommodated me. This is a small, distinctive hotel with few rooms and individualized service. The staff are very warm and attentive, and the rooms are spacious, airy, and extremely comfortable.

A peaceful hotel with great rooms, kept very clean and comfortable. Breakfast food was excellent. A few details, like the carpet in the room or toilet paper without a holder, might not suit everyone, but they’re part of the place’s style and are done well.

The personalized breakfast was a highlight. You choose the dishes and the time the day before, and when I went up at 9:00, the table was already set with everything I’d ordered, freshly made. The quality was excellent. Açaí jam with corn cake was a perfect combination. Roka has a totally different concept, with few rooms, exclusive service, and a singular minimalist design inspired by places the owner collected over his life. Check-in was quick: everything was ready at reception, and I was in my room within five minutes with the instructions I needed. The Wi-Fi password and the next day’s breakfast menu came straight to my WhatsApp. The bed was very comfortable, and the room also had a great shower, a full-length mirror, and a safe. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Boa Vista, but Roka stands out in many ways and is worth every cent.
