Pousada e Agencia Serra Azul

The location made it easy to reach the local attractions, and having a ticket agency on site helped with planning trips and buying tickets. The place is simple, clean, and reasonably priced, with a pleasant garden, three small pools, a good breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff.

The tours were amazing, I loved them! It was easy to book through them since they also work as an agency. The pousada is peaceful and cozy, with a lovely garden, and it’s close to the main sights. The receptionists were attentive and helped us with everything we needed during our stay.

Dona Ana lucia’s wonderful cakes deserve a special mention ❤️. We had such a lovely, peaceful stay, full of happy moments, and the warm welcome and thoughtful care made a real difference. We’re leaving with good memories and hope to come back soon. May God bless this place and everyone who works there. Thank you so much for everything!

I’m reviewing the tours only. We had planned to stay at the pousada and take the excursions, but after the first two we were so disappointed that we left Nobres without staying or doing the rest. The boia cross was a bad start. The guide never introduced himself, didn’t greet us, and gave none of the instructions we needed. He looked annoyed throughout, as if taking the group out was a favor. The river smelled bad, and the trip wasn’t fun at all. It fell far short of what I’d expected. At Aquário Encantado the setting was beautiful, and we had lunch before the tour. We were supposed to have 30 minutes in the aquarium, but after about 10 to 15 minutes they told us to leave. When we questioned the guide, he ignored us and told us to move on to the floating part. Nobres was one of the places I most wanted to see, so the experience was especially disappointing. The team needs better preparation for dealing with tourists. Basic courtesy matters.
