Lapa Hotel

The hotel is downtown, but it isn’t accessible for people with disabilities, and the staff weren’t courteous or helpful. The parking is a long way away, on a street about 300 meters from the hotel. If it rains, there’s no way to stay sheltered, and coming back late feels dangerous because the street is deserted. Room 200 doesn’t even have a coat rack. Breakfast could be improved too.

I can’t recommend this place. The rooms smell bad, the doors are broken and falling apart, and the beds are uncomfortable. The garage is far from the hotel, and we have to open and close its gate ourselves. Hotel staff should be doing that. It doesn’t feel secure.

The room was a bit small for three people, but it worked for us. Everything was clean and new, the service was great, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect.

The location is great, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is rather basic, though. Our room was small and had no window, which made me feel suffocated. It looks like renovations are underway, but they’re very poorly done. The bathroom is large, but the shower faces the wrong way and leaves less space.
