I was in apartment 302, block 3, from February 4th to February 11th, 2026. The place had everything I needed, felt very safe, and was in an excellent location. The managers are lovely, very friendly people. Highly, highly recommended. Excellent, a round of applause!

Everything was just right. They gave me two keys, it felt safe and quiet, and the people there were friendly. A lovely place.

Apartment experiences can vary a lot, so it's important to know who you're dealing with. We had a bad stay with the owner of apartment 307 in block 2. We'd discussed everything with her, including prices, pumps, and nearby places, but she left out important details about the apartment and its charges. She said it could accommodate more than five people, our group size, and promised a double bed, two singles, a sofa bed, and a mattress. There was no sofa bed when we arrived. Instead, we found an old mattress that we had to put on the dining room floor, while the couch was too small to use as a bed. Paying for something that wasn't there left us feeling ripped off. We only found out from someone who lives in the building, as we were leaving, that there was a 200 reais cleaning fee. We had to bring it up with the owner on our last night, when we were already trying to get enough rest before travelling. She said everyone knew about the fee, then admitted it was her mistake not to tell us. Because of that "small" mistake, we had to return with extra money we had planned to use for gas, tolls, and food. Her behavior was horrible and very sloppy. It may have been awkward for her, but for us it felt like settling scores, and we came away feeling much worse than expected. Get the details from whoever you're speaking with, and ask them for a reference. That might help you avoid the kind of experience we had.
