The location gets a 10/10, and the breakfast is very good, though it could have a bit more variety. But sleeping in the downstairs rooms is impossible. You hear every sound from upstairs, and from 8:00 AM people are running, jumping, banging things, shifting furniture, even dropping clothes hangers on the floor. They should warn families so they can work out a solution. You can’t sleep.
