I wouldn't recommend it. The beds in both rooms are hard, though that may suit some people. In the back bedroom, the old air conditioner drips constantly and is noisy. On rainy days, we were told it shouldn't be turned on as a precaution. The bathroom tap in that room is too short for the sink and splashes water everywhere, leaving no space to put belongings. In the other bedroom, water from the shower enclosure leaks into the bathroom. The kitchen has few useful appliances, and the blender is so unbearably loud that we couldn't use it. The sofa is hard, comes apart, and left us nearly aching with pain. Those are the reasons I don't recommend it.
