The beach is only 100 meters away, and the building is modern with roomy two- and three-room apartments. Sadly, the drainage is badly done. The drains in both the bathrooms and the terrace flood, which is a real shame.

The rooms have modern, custom-made furniture, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are also laundry and ironing facilities. The building is modern and well placed, just steps from the beachfront promenade and handy shops. There are water shortages in the area.

We stayed in 202, a cozy apartment with good taste and nearly new furniture. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room. We'd definitely stay here again. The building has an elevator, covered and enclosed garage parking, and outdoor showers. It's well located, with bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, shops, a market, pharmacy, and gas station all close by on the same street. The beach is just across the street, so we didn't need to take the car out at all.

We had a sea view from the third floor, and the apartment was fairly well equipped. There were three bedrooms, including one en suite with a TV, but an empty space in another room where a TV could have been. There were only two televisions in the whole apartment. The worst part was the cockroaches, all sizes and around throughout the day.
