The building itself is really nice, clean, and carefully maintained. The apartments are cozy, well equipped, and clean too. The reception was excellent, and the host was polite and welcoming, always ready to help.

A great duplex for the price, and it looked just like the listing. It’s close to the beach and shops, with broad windows on both floors. The garage opens by remote control, and the entrance uses a digital tag. The lower floor has the living room and kitchen, while the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There are outlets by the bathroom sink, beside the bed, and around the apartment, which made it easy to charge devices and use a shaver or hair dryer. The kitchen has pans, baking trays, and utensils, and there are fixed hangers for drying clothes. The shared washing machine was useful too. Keep in mind there are stairs inside the unit and the building has no elevator. I brought my own bed and bath linens, which was fine, and AP 16 had pillows available. Anfitrião Alexandre replied to messages quickly and was very helpful whenever I needed something. I highly recommend it.

It was peaceful, and there was hardly any traffic on the street. Restaurants, a pharmacy, an urgent care clinic, a supermarket, and the beach are all nearby. The apartment was well equipped, and the owner was welcoming.
