The apartment was in a great spot, close to everything and just a block from the beach. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. We could get around Bombas on foot without taking the car out of the garage. Along the main avenue there's plenty to find, including steakhouses, pay-by-weight food and set meals. I recommend velho marujo do mar. There's also a popular shopping area two blocks away with reasonable prices. Bombinhas is nearby too. You can walk along the Bombas walkway, pass Praia do Ribeiro and continue to Bombinhas. Guilherme was attentive and helpful, answered our questions quickly and shared ideas for things to do. The apartment also has convenient access to bakeries, supermarkets (schmit), convenience stores, barbecue grills, a gas station and a health clinic. We were very happy with our first visit to Bombas and recommend the place 100%. We'll be back soon.

The apartment is good quality, the building has an elevator, and the beach is about 200 meters away. We visited in the off-season, so there was plenty of space, and street parking was available. The property feels safe, though the garage ceiling is too low for vans or motorhomes. Privacy in the apartment could be better, but it was acceptable. I also wish it had basic things like soap and a sponge, though that seems more up to the apartment owner than the property itself.

The apartments come with plenty of equipment, and the building has a garage, pool, electric gate and security guard. It's modern and well located, with an elevator for people with mobility issues. A very complete place.
