The hotel seems more focused on its appearance, like the nice pools, than on the rooms. Ours was old and in poor shape, with several broken or faulty things, including the front door handle and the door between the room and bathroom. We also had no internet for a whole day. They said nothing could be done until they called a technician the next day, so we couldn’t work that day.

The room was dirty, and nobody came to clean it or replace the towels and sheets for days. Everything felt worn out, and the broken glass table was dangerous, especially for children. Breakfast was very poor and the stay wasn’t worth the money. Nobody at the hotel spoke English or Spanish. Don’t go.

We spent eight days there in May, outside the season, and had sunshine, a lovely beach and plenty of peace and quiet. Bombinhas Tourist Apart Hotel made our holiday unforgettable. It’s a gem.
